1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Kick Stream Teams, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Community Guidelines.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the service.

2. Accounts

Certain features require authentication through a Kick account. You are responsible for maintaining control of your account and for activity performed through your authenticated session.

You must not attempt to use another person's account without authorization or misrepresent your identity.

3. Stream Teams

Users may create and manage Stream Teams subject to the permissions associated with their role.

Team owners and administrators are responsible for the content, branding, invitations, membership decisions, and settings they control.

The platform may restrict, archive, remove, or otherwise act on teams that violate these terms, the Community Guidelines, applicable law, or the rights of others.

4. Invitations and membership

Team invitations should only be used for legitimate membership purposes.

Users must not use invitation tools for spam, harassment, impersonation, unwanted solicitation, or deceptive activity.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit or upload to Kick Stream Teams, including team logos, banners, descriptions, and other original material you own.

By submitting content, you give Kick Stream Teams a limited permission to host, store, reproduce, resize, display, and deliver that content as necessary to operate and provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload or publish the content you provide.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not use Kick Stream Teams to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, harass or threaten others, impersonate another person or organization, distribute malware, interfere with the service, exploit security vulnerabilities, manipulate platform systems, or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.

7. Third-party services

Kick Stream Teams works with and links to third-party services, including Kick. Those services operate under their own terms, policies, and availability.

Kick Stream Teams is an independent community platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Kick Streaming.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Features may be changed, improved, removed, suspended, or temporarily unavailable as the platform develops.

9. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take reasonable action to protect users, third parties, or the service.

Depending on the situation, this may include removing content, limiting features, changing team visibility, suspending access, or terminating use of the service.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kick Stream Teams makes no guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

Information about live streams, viewer counts, categories, and third-party accounts may depend on data supplied by external services and may occasionally be delayed or inaccurate.

11. Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kick Stream Teams is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, third-party services, user-generated content, or temporary service interruptions.
