1. Content uploaded by users
Stream Team owners and administrators can upload or publish material such as logos, banners, names, taglines, descriptions, and other content.
Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the rights and permissions necessary to use the material they publish.
2. Reporting copyrighted material
If you believe content on Kick Stream Teams infringes copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, your report should identify the copyrighted work and the specific material you believe is infringing.
A useful report should include enough information to locate the material, your contact information, the basis for your claim, and a statement that the information provided is accurate.
3. What happens after a report
Reports may be reviewed to determine whether content should be removed, restricted, or left in place while additional information is requested.
Where appropriate, the user responsible for the reported content may be informed of the complaint and given an opportunity to respond.
4. Counter-notices
If content is removed because of a copyright complaint and the affected user believes the removal was made in error, the user may be given a process to provide a counter-notice or additional information.
More detailed instructions will be published when the formal copyright reporting channel is activated.
5. Repeat infringement
Accounts or teams that repeatedly publish material that infringes the rights of others may have content removed, features restricted, or access to the service suspended or terminated.
6. Trademarks and impersonation
Copyright is not the only intellectual property concern that may arise on the platform.
Reports involving trademarks, deceptive branding, or impersonation of a creator, organization, or company may also be reviewed where the content could reasonably mislead users about identity, sponsorship, or affiliation.
7. Formal DMCA designation
This page describes the platform's intended copyright reporting process. It does not by itself represent that Kick Stream Teams has completed any separate governmental registration or designation that may be available or required for a particular legal protection.
